Wakeem Williams is the founder of Helix Stax and the author of the CTGA Framework, a four-pillar IT maturity model (Controls, Technology, Growth, Adoption) that scores operations 100 to 900. He started as an entrepreneur running a clothing company, learned firsthand how much technology gaps cost growing businesses, then went inside large enterprise environments including Xfinity to understand how mature IT actually works at scale. He trained through Harvard and MIT programs to build the analytical foundation behind the CTGA Framework. Today he helps Hampton Roads small and mid-size businesses apply the same technology discipline that enterprise companies run on, at a price and pace that fit their operation.
